The instructor was unprofessional, arrived late, and prioritized personal matters during the lesson while expecting the student to travel over a mile to meet him instead of providing pick-up from the student's residence. This was unacceptable service for a premium price. Reaching customer support was a challenge; they disregarded all concerns, refused to accept any criticism, and claimed that refunds were not possible due to short notice, which was a result of their delayed responses to complaints. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've encountered. I cannot recommend this service at all.
