I work for the railway, commute 100 miles on 2 different operators & use NR information every day to manage my own journeys and help customers manage theirs. Wearing railway ID, (especially during disruption) is like driving an ice cream van on a hot day - everywhere you stop there’s a queue, but I’ve never minded because I’m proud to be able to help anyone I can, it’s my job. I don’t care that the old app wasn’t exactly a looker, it worked! Up until a month ago it was super useful, enabling me to gain quick access to information & fill the gaps left by the CIS displays & incoherent announcements. Now somebody who isn’t very good at their job is making me worse at mine, unacceptable.Read the feedback and get rid of this abomination. Quickly!
