As a result, not only were we late reaching our destination, but we also had to endure a frustrating 1.5-hour wait for the next available train.The railway management’s lack of consideration for passengers is evident. Despite the hefty ticket fees, they seem indifferent to the inconvenience caused. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope they address these issues promptly and prioritize the well-being of their passengers.
