Criminals. Its disgusting the amount of cancellations and delays every single day. Couple that with the strikes that seem to happen every 2 weeks. Try using any other form of transport that isn't the national rail if you possibly can. UK is in my opinion the country with the worst rail service I have had the misfortune of using.
