It does not clarify names of optional cheap day tickets that are available leaving me as a customer without a clear option, Given the way the operators are now making people criminals simply for us getting wrong tickets due to their poor instruction - I believe they are running a scam. We need a robust regulator to sort out the mess of our railways!
