The new app is extremely poor, clunky and not user friendly. The app often tells me that there are no trains for my journeys! As I live in London and use the same service frequently at the same times each day I know that this is not true! No wonder people aren’t using trains as much as they could. I suggest National Rail demands compensation from the company that developed this app as well as getting them to fix it, and does this as soon as possible.
