I placed an order for 2 large pressure washers on December 15th for a job starting on the 27th. The order went through without issues, and nearly £1400 was deducted from my account. However, late on the 22nd, I was informed they could not fulfill my order, leaving me with no time to find the equipment elsewhere. The refund process is expected to take up to 7 working days.
