I ordered a ladder and a tower, paying extra for morning delivery on a specific day. On the delivery day, I received no response from customer service, which was very disappointing. The delivery finally arrived much later in the day, and the ladder was missing. Unable to proceed with my job, I had to rent the equipment urgently from another provider.
