Delivery was fine, and the equipment was in good condition. However, the pick-up was terrible. It was supposed to be picked up two days ago but was rescheduled by them for today. The driver called and said it couldn’t be done and refused to contact the office for me. Attempts to reach the office resulted in no response. I still have to store the equipment, which is hindering public events.
