I ordered both a ladder and a tower, paying extra for morning delivery on a specific day. However, on delivery day, customer service ignored my messages, demonstrating very poor service. The delivery came much later in the day, and the ladder was missing. Since I needed both items to complete my job, I was unable to proceed and had to urgently rent the equipment the next day from a reliable provider. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
