The dehumidifier I hired through National Tool Hire was absolutely useless. I emailed them after a couple of days of a 7 day hire to request a replacement machine. They didn't actually reply until after the period of hire had ended. At that point I asked for some compensation, they gave me nothing, saying that their supplier Edge Equipment Hire told them everything was fine with the machine. It wasn't.
