I bought a car from NVS in October. The advert stated that the only issue was the roof opening only halfway. This was completely misleading. From October to December, I had to take the car to the garage multiple times just to make it driveable, spending a significant amount of money on repairs on top of the purchase price. The car had numerous serious issues that were never disclosed. There was water inside the car, with electrical wires sitting in puddles of water, which is extremely dangerous. Some wires had clearly been cut (ensure why), putting my safety at risk. The windscreen was cracked, which was also not mentioned at all in the description. The list of problems is far too long to include here. When I raised these issues with the person who sold me the car, he said he would speak to the team. Instead, he copied and pasted a generic response (clearly from ChatGPT) and dismissed the problems as “minor,” which they absolutely were not.The car was sold with a three-month guarantee, and he initially said he would help financially. However, as soon as I told him the actual cost of the repairs, he stopped responding. This has been an incredibly stressful and expensive experience. I will contact you with the invoice. Thanks
