I was terrified about buying a used car online, especially as we didn’t have a pre-inspection report of the vehicle due to time constraints. However, so far, so good. My 82-year-old mother is absolutely thrilled with the car and was very impressed with both the delivery and how quickly it arrived.We were also provided with a six-month warranty, which we hopefully won’t need. I was aware that there have been some negative reviews, but on this occasion, we can only speak as we find in the here and now. We found Mark to be polite and helpful, and at no time did we feel any pressure to buy. He also reassured us that if there are any issues, we should let him know.As genuine buyers, we feel it’s important to leave an honest and balanced review based on our own experience. Everyone’s expectations and experiences can differ, but on this occasion, ours have certainly been met at this moment in time. We have no connection to the company other than as customers, and we simply wanted to share our positive experience to help others make an informed decision.
Mark is a true gentleman of integrity. Having bought a lovely Polo VW from Mark NVS I had a few issues with a boot lock mechanism & the auto-release petrol flap. Mark swiftly & effectively resolved the issues & even covered the cost as it was within the 6 month Warranty. I'm a very happy customer & am sure you will be too if you buy through NVS.
