Purchased a car from Mark, we're told it had a 6 month warranty. According to the documents this covers all mechanical issues.5 months after purchase, the passenger side window stopped working and was stuck down. Contacted Mark who advised me to contact the warranty company directly.After a week of unnecessary questions from them, they agreed to cover most of the claim.Now, weeks later they have not paid the garage because NVS have not paid them for the warranties they have been selling cars with!Garage are now chasing me for payment & Mark is ignoring all texts & emails about this!Taking legal advice now.Avoid at all costs.
