Mark was super helpful, friendly & informative, and made my dad & myself feel comfortable & at ease - we didn’t feel any pressure to buy & it was a much more positive experience than expected (as buying from car traders can often be a daunting experience, but this was the exact opposite). We drove up to Swindon to test drive the car & left a deposit on the Saturday, then the car was delivered straight to my driveway 3 days later on the Tuesday. Everything sorted with a new MOT & service, and car also came with a warranty, which is a bonus. My new car is great, and really pleased with the professional & helpful customer service received.
