Technicians were great but we spent 12 hours waiting in all day because their online tracker said we were next. It lied and we were last on the list. Turns out we got bumped into a different techs jobs list but no one told us and the tracker didn’t update so just lied to us all day saying we’re next when we were hours off from being seen very frustrating.
