It all started off very well, I accepted the quote, installation was very quick afterwards, nice guys, but then trying to get paperwork back was horrendous, until one year later, Emma took the reigns and sorted out the issue within the week! She was fantastic and I only wish she’d been there from the start. Apologies for the 4 stars but I was so angry with the admin/follow up department! Hopefully things are finally starting to improve.
