Don’t respond to complaints, it was totally ignored by the phone and in local branch in Exeter. The manager was rude and obnoxious and doesn’t understand how to deliver customer service.
Had to complain to the ombudsman who agreed with me and quadruple the amount nationwide offered to cover up their error.
Maybe the largest mutual but extremely poor customer service and support.
Finally, they failed to follow the own disability guidelines, which are there to support individuals like myself. Awful Experience!!
