Shortly before my policy expired, a terrible storm hit and damaged my roof. Despite the fact that my policy had expired by the time I discovered the damage and I was no longer a customer, the Nationwide people worked wonderfully with me to completely replace my roof. Top notch professionalism and customer service. I felt guilty the entire time they worked with me. As soon as my current home insurance policy expires, I am going back to Nationwide.
