First of all I needed to change my original date due to unforeseen circumstances. Baring in mind, this was with more than a week's notice and it cost me an extra £42 on top of what was already an expensive hire....£150 for 3 and a half hours is insanity. I ended up paying nearly £200 total! Secondly they decided to drop the van off a day early with no prior warning. I wasn't even at my house at the time, absolutely no consideration for my own plans. The van was then collected nearly an entire week later, I just had to leave it sat on my drive for days, preventing me from parking my own car on my drive. Absolutely ridiculous, would not use this company again!
