Terrible experience with this service. The representative was unprofessional and confrontational. AVOID - their terms and conditions are unreasonable and the costs are high. Essentially, they act as a broker and do not own the vehicles themselves. If any issues arise, they will direct you to the subcontracted hire company. Additionally, they require you to store the vehicle for three days after the hire period ends. Just rude and unpleasant.
Rented a 17-seater minibus, and the process was easy and efficient. However, I would recommend enhancing the collection time, as we had to wait three days and were held liable for the bus even after our rental period had concluded.
The entire process was seamless, with both delivery and collection occurring as scheduled. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the delivery team was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it provided great value for the price.
I had a dreadful experience. The company delivered the van to the wrong location without any notification. When I finally reached out, I discovered it was the incorrect size for my needs. I ordered a specific van but received a different one that I couldn't use. Communication was poor; after multiple attempts to discuss a refund, I was told customer service was unavailable. The representative was rude, and despite not receiving the service I paid for, I still have not received a resolution.
I needed a transit van urgently for a delivery after realizing my truck was too small. We found this service online and booked a van, which turned out to be exceptional. Both representatives responded quickly to my questions via email. The van was even delivered a day early, making loading much easier. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing a transit van and will definitely use them again.
I was satisfied with the rental period, but problems arose during the collection on December 13, 2025, when they couldn't start the van. The next day, they mentioned bringing a new battery but never returned, and as of January 4, 2026, the van remains on my driveway. Despite multiple calls and emails, there's been no collection. I even sent a legal notice last week with no response. I'm at a loss for how to resolve this situation!
If you value your hard-earned money, steer clear of these dishonest operators. If you've already rented from them, consider blocking your card to prevent unauthorized charges. They took money from my account without consent after claiming it was for extra rental days while the vehicle was being recovered, which was not my responsibility. Thankfully, my bank reversed the charge. I later received an outrageous invoice for the vehicle's full cost, despite having fulfilled my rental obligations.
