Nationwide Hire UK is a sham organisationThe price was reasonable and as a charity we went with them. The state of the minibus, poor customer service and lack of accountability left us dissatisfied..Our charity hired a minibus to take people to a VIP event - so they were wearing Dinner Suits and Lounge dresses. What a shock we had when we opened the minibus door!- Seats and floor were covered in dirt- Floor was covered in footprints- Seats had lots of hair over them- Minibus was tatty!- It looked like the minibus could have been used by builders.We had no choice but to use the minibus.. and we had already paid!! Why would a minibus be rented out like that - unacceptable.Poor customer service:- Nationwide did not care. Took no accountability and pointed us in the direction of a third party supplier.. Who we did not book with. We made several phone calls and got zero response.- We requested some compensation as some of our guests clothes were soiled.Nationwide might be a broker, if they cared about their company reputation they would work with and enlist organisations that meet a certain standard.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!
