Terrible experience with this service. The representative was unprofessional and confrontational. AVOID - their terms and conditions are unreasonable and the costs are high. Essentially, they act as a broker and do not own the vehicles themselves. If any issues arise, they will direct you to the subcontracted hire company. Additionally, they require you to store the vehicle for three days after the hire period ends. Just rude and unpleasant.
