I had worst experience, my wife was not keeping well so Doctors advised with small baby it will be difficult in Canada’s extreme climate and difficult medical system—where you can’t see a doctor directly without waiting for an appointment—so we thought of dropping idea not going ,So we requested even an 80% refund. They refused and showed no care for our situation. They are just hungry for money. Please be very careful with them. Specially medical situation don’t come telling you so its just logic…if they were great and genuine company they would have refund…don’t waste your hard earn money,
