I had a very disappointing experience with Nationwide Visas.

During my engagement, I was given clear verbal assurances regarding support and refund assistance in my case. Based on those discussions, I proceeded in good faith. However, when the matter reached a critical stage, communication became inconsistent, and the refund request was declined without what I consider to be adequate transparency or customer-oriented resolution.

What concerns me most is the lack of clear follow-up and accountability after commitments were discussed. As a customer, you expect professionalism, clarity, and timely communication — especially when significant time and money are involved.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I feel disappointed with how the situation was handled and the absence of a satisfactory resolution.

I strongly advise prospective clients to:
• Ensure all commitments are documented in writing
• Clearly understand refund policies before proceeding
• Seek complete clarity on process timelines and escalation paths

I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves transparency and service standards moving forward.

Avoid dealing with Nationwide Visas

Avoid dealing with Nationwide Visas. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Their main tactic is to convince you to sign up, but once payment is made, their true nature becomes clear. The so-called registered immigration consultants they claim to work with have no genuine affiliation with the company. These individuals are only used to mislead unsuspecting clients. I am committed to raising awareness and helping as many people as possible avoid becoming victims of this deceptive organization. If you need guidance or want to learn more, feel free to reach out I am more than willing to assist. The company has a very poor reputation.

I had worst experience

I had worst experience, my wife was not keeping well so Doctors advised with small baby it will be difficult in Canada’s extreme climate and difficult medical system—where you can’t see a doctor directly without waiting for an appointment—so we thought of dropping idea not going ,So we requested even an 80% refund. They refused and showed no care for our situation. They are just hungry for money. Please be very careful with them. Specially medical situation don’t come telling you so its just logic…if they were great and genuine company they would have refund…don’t waste your hard earn money,

Fake and Fraud cheaters

Enquired about PR case with them. They were initially polite.I decided to pursue my filing through My RCIC agent in Ottawa. So , when Miss SEEMA called me, i declined and texted her my side. But, then she responded very rude. These guys are mannerless. She even said that's not possible and counter questioned me stating that she is 100 percent sure that I am lying. Moreover, she even questioned me that why did I enquire with their team if I didn't want to do my filing with them. Blantantly rude and disrespectful. It is every customers right to enquire and go with the best person of interest.

Crooks who don’t honour their promises…

Crooks who don’t honour their promises !Most of the good reviews here are from people who were forced to write good reviews (including myself).First they told me to get a Master’s degree which would improve my chances of getting selected for a PR and even said that they will put my case on hold, including the ₹60,000 that I gave them.2 years after completing my degree they refuse to honour their promise and are asking for another ₹50,000 for “case renewal”.My personal experience is that Canadian PR is a done deal, there are no jobs in Canada especially in tech and considering rest of the factors you will be living on a very low income with not much savings thanks to taxes and cost of living.Take my advice and DO NOT think of moving out, life is much better in India.
