So, because I use a mail forwarding, it took a little to get my package. However, I used the entire package. I did not see any difference in my hair or nails. I also tried to use it in a cold drink and it didn't really dissolve

I've been using this product for seven months, and my two sisters joined shortly after. Unfortunately, we haven't experienced any results at all—no nail growth, no reduction in wrinkles, no improvement in hair thickness, and no relief from joint or back pain. As our mother would say, it feels like a gimmick. We had hoped to see at least some nail growth, but mine are actually in worse condition than before. I recommend looking for another brand. Initially, the prices were quite reasonable, but we never saw those better prices again. After spending several hundred dollars, we are all finishing what we have left, but I won’t be buying this again. My sisters are hesitant to try a different brand, but I might consider it.
