We’ve been using the service for payroll for two employees, and recently there has been a clear trend of ongoing payroll issues every month. Each cycle requires constant follow-ups due to last-minute complications like invoice confusion, payment failures, delayed confirmations, and a lack of proactive communication. These are not isolated cases; the same problems keep recurring despite being raised multiple times. Payroll is time-sensitive. Having to chase and implement manual workarounds just to ensure employees are paid on time is unacceptable. The absence of process stability and ownership makes this service unreliable. We hope these issues are addressed, but based on our experience, reliability has been poor.
