These are not isolated cases; the same problems keep recurring despite being raised multiple times. Payroll is time-sensitive. Having to chase and implement manual workarounds just to ensure employees are paid on time is unacceptable. The absence of process stability and ownership makes this service unreliable. We hope these issues are addressed, but based on our experience, reliability has been poor.

We used the service to process payments to our contractors and were informed that wallet transfers are instant, with payment processing taking around three business days. However, a USD-to-USD contractor payment was initiated, then reversed, resulting in lost funds as they transferred to USD-to-PHP. Consequently, our contractors were not paid on time, leading to service disruptions and dissatisfaction. This caused unnecessary stress and damaged trust with our contractors. What was most disappointing was the lack of proactive communication and clarity regarding the reversal and the reprocessing timeline. The platform might work in less time-sensitive situations, but if timely contractor payments are essential for your business, I recommend obtaining clear, written confirmation of processing timelines, reversal risks, and escalation procedures before relying on this service.
I’m pleased to share that everything has been smooth sailing so far with the service. One representative, in particular, made the entire onboarding process incredibly easy, even with some delays and complications on my end.
