After several attempts to contact the company, I finally received a response months later, stating they would follow up with the airline and get back to me within a week, promising to send a new batch since it was past the delivery time they initially provided. Now it's December, and I'm still waiting with no replies to my emails or calls. They took my $300, money I could have used for holiday gifts. I cannot recommend this company to anyone; even my friends in the USA have decided against buying from them.
