The dog bed that arrived didn't match the color shown on the website and was incredibly thin, clearly not suitable for my dog or any dog! I quickly repackaged it for return, only to face a frustrating returns policy that required photos before I could get a return label. What a delay tactic! They offer the option to donate the bed to an animal shelter, but honestly, it's too poor in quality for any animal in need. Now I have to unwrap and rewrap this product to exercise my right to return it. I wish I had seen the other negative reviews before purchasing from this terrible, unhelpful company. They should charge less and provide decent quality products that don’t insult dogs, and make returns hassle-free. I will NEVER purchase from them again and will ensure others hear about my experience. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this situation compelled me to do so! I'm heading elsewhere for a proper dog bed!
