I placed an order four days ago, and I haven't received any updates. When I attempted to cancel one of the three items, I received a notification that the item was being shipped. However, I still haven't seen any sign of the items I ordered. My support requests have gone unanswered.
The dog bed that arrived didn't match the color shown on the website and was incredibly thin, clearly not suitable for my dog or any dog! I quickly repackaged it for return, only to face a frustrating returns policy that required photos before I could get a return label. What a delay tactic! They offer the option to donate the bed to an animal shelter, but honestly, it's too poor in quality for any animal in need. Now I have to unwrap and rewrap this product to exercise my right to return it. I wish I had seen the other negative reviews before purchasing from this terrible, unhelpful company. They should charge less and provide decent quality products that don’t insult dogs, and make returns hassle-free. I will NEVER purchase from them again and will ensure others hear about my experience. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this situation compelled me to do so! I'm heading elsewhere for a proper dog bed!

I ordered two items and received only one. Now I can’t reach anyone to resolve the issue. The automated customer support claims the entire order was delivered—so where is the other item? I do not recommend this company due to their nonexistent customer service.
I ordered a dog bed, but when it arrived, it was nothing like what was shown online; it looked terrible. After contacting them, they stated it didn’t meet their quality standards and promised a full refund. They took two days to respond to each inquiry. They said I would receive a confirmation email and a refund to my bank. I explained I paid via a payment service, and then I got a confirmation email for a £3 refund instead of the £58.80 I spent. I opened a dispute and provided evidence of the bed’s condition and their messages. Two days later, I was informed the case was resolved in my favor, and then I got a message stating my refund was processed. Do not buy these beds; I’ve seen better elsewhere. If you used a payment service, open a dispute to get your money back! Seriously, don’t waste your money on these beds. I wish I could show a photo of the bed's condition!
Just a note that this company is advertising a dog sofa bed cover. The product is actually produced by another brand and can be found on a different site, where I eventually made a purchase (happy with the product and fast delivery) for just over £33 including shipping, while this company lists it at full price of £119 and a reduced price of £57. Do some research!
