I ordered a dog bed, but when it arrived, it was nothing like what was shown online; it looked terrible. After contacting them, they stated it didn’t meet their quality standards and promised a full refund. They took two days to respond to each inquiry. They said I would receive a confirmation email and a refund to my bank. I explained I paid via a payment service, and then I got a confirmation email for a £3 refund instead of the £58.80 I spent. I opened a dispute and provided evidence of the bed’s condition and their messages. Two days later, I was informed the case was resolved in my favor, and then I got a message stating my refund was processed. Do not buy these beds; I’ve seen better elsewhere. If you used a payment service, open a dispute to get your money back! Seriously, don’t waste your money on these beds. I wish I could show a photo of the bed's condition!
