If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. Spent over £50 on supplements as recommended by my nutritionist and was dispatched last week, still hasn't arrived - they choose to use Royal Mail who have been struggling to adapt and provide a service during this difficult time. What upsets me the most about this company is that they do not want to help their customers, as I was told via email and when I called up "we have a process to follow". That is all they care about rather than providing a good service to the people who choose to buy from them.Secondly, most companies offer goodwill gestures or arrange a re-delivery without you having to wait nearly 2 weeks but not Natural Dispensary. And finally this isn't even the first time I've had a bad experience with this company, the first time I tried placing an order and never got an order confirmation but I was still charge £30 on my card for an order which never processed or arrived.
