The designs are cute, original, and fun, but the quality often falls short of expectations. Customer service was unhelpful during my recent call; the representative seemed more focused on enforcing rules than listening to my concerns. You never know what kind of representative you’ll get; sometimes, the AI assistants are nicer! I will not be shopping with them again.
