I wish I had checked Trustpilot.
The quality is very cheap and the products don't look anything like the picture unfortunately. I purchased several final sale items - big mistake. Final sale means you can't complain when it doesn't look like the picture or the quality is crap.
Also, the reviews are all 4-5 star, yet I am unable to leave a review on my purchases so they are obviously fake.
I've been quite happy with my purchases overall, although a couple of items weren't as described, which I think the company could improve. Customer service has been a bit slow or dismissive at times, but they do resolve issues eventually. If you grew up in the 60s or 70s, you'll likely appreciate their products, as they reflect a nostalgic era focused on love and acceptance. People truly listened to each other back then. I’ll share photos when the weather in Texas permits. As a Cuban American who was exiled as a child, this natural clothing concept brings me peace and allows me to relive those moments. I’m 5’4 and 118 pounds, and both my daughter and I fit into XS. I would love to see a wider variety and more 100% cotton options for warmer weather. I placed an order on January 9th, and by January 21st, it was still at the post office since January 12th. The company's customer service has been unhelpful. They suggested I email them if it wasn't resolved by the end of the business day, but it hasn't moved at all. I even sent them a screenshot showing its status. I faced a similar issue months ago. It's surprising since the business is local, and I was told the weather was to blame, which is absurd given Florida's conditions. I won't be ordering from them again; it's not worth spending $70 on sweatpants.

The company can be hit or miss; being a savvy shopper is key. I have several flowy tops, a dress, a sweater, and pajamas that I absolutely love. I haven't faced any shipping or sizing problems, and all my deliveries have been timely. When I needed to exchange an item for a different size, the process was easy. I've also purchased many cute knickknacks and gifts. Just keep in mind that this isn't a luxury brand—it's cute and fun, akin to fast fashion but slightly better. However, their sheets are a letdown; they should stop selling them. They don't specify thread count or fabric type, and I should have noticed. The sheets are very thin and see-through, even in darker colors, yet they charge a premium for them.
The designs are cute, original, and fun, but the quality often falls short of expectations. Customer service was unhelpful during my recent call; the representative seemed more focused on enforcing rules than listening to my concerns. The clothing quality is now inconsistent. If you order a staple item, don't expect it to resemble previous versions. I was a fan of their pants but last year's version was completely different in fit and material. Returning items incurs a fee unless you negotiate with customer service, which isn't pleasant. I feel like they're trying to attract a younger demographic, which alienates loyal customers like me. Goodbye, company; I hope you sort out your issues.
I bought two oven mitts for $50, advertised as 100% cotton and heat resistant up to 392°. On their first use, they melted and burned my wife's hand. The inner tag indicated they were only for decoration, containing polyester and other synthetic materials—no cotton at all. Many reviews warn that these mitts can melt and burn. I've reported this to the appropriate authorities. This company shows no regard for customer safety.
I ordered a sweater as a gift for someone in another state. I entered her address in the shipping section and my address for billing, paying through PayPal. I received an email today stating that the package was delivered, but it was to my own doorstep! I called and was told that using PayPal Express automatically defaults the shipping address back to mine, which I had no idea about. I was told it was a PayPal issue, not their responsibility. Now, just before Christmas, I have no gift for my friend and must return the package, incurring shipping costs. To make matters worse, the flimsy plastic bag it was sent in was torn, and I don't know if the item is damaged.
