Very bad and indifferent customer service. Once you make the payment, there is no contact or person you can talk to. It's like a wall. 2 weeks ago I ordered from their website, after a week, I was still unable to access to the shipment information, everytime I checked it, it gave an error. I messaged 2 times to their customer services from their website, without a surprise they didn't even get back to me. I thought I was scammed. Then I found their all social media accounts and commented about what they have done under every picture and post they shared. One day later, the parcel was delivered. So if you encounter such a problem, do what I did. Then they take you seriously.
