Ordered my shoes on 1/1/26, today is 1/28/26, still haven’t received my shoes. I did get an unexpected notice that I had to pay an additional customs fee to release my shoes (was NOT disclosed anywhere, yet it is now on their website after I complained) I’ve messaged them numerous times asking for an update. They don’t respond, at this point I’ve still not received the shoes, or any indication of why or where they are. The shipping link just says “in transit”….so far NOT impressed

I would emphatically recommend NOT to use this company if you live in UK. So, what is wrong with them?1. They promptly responded to my messages before my purchase. The frequency and style of their messages changed drastically after I had made the purchase - of course! 2. It took them almost two weeks to send me the package. When I wrote to them explaining that the delay was a major issue for me, since I was travelling for several weeks, they first blamed it on Black Friday, then on Brexit. They refused to take any responsibility (even if the courier is their contractor!) 3. I have told them that their website is misleading because, even when you switch the zone to UK, it still says that delivery is done within 72 hours. In my case, the courier picked up the parcel after 5 days.Anyway, beside the logistic nightmare, I think there is nothing worse than a business that consciously lies and does not take any responsibility. If this is what ethical business are supposed to be, we are doomed. I now just have to hope that their shoes are not different colours, or worn, or all the other problems flagged by other reviewers.
I bought boots from this brand because they advertise on the website "100% made in Spain"I received them with a clear label: “Made in P.R.C.” (China).I returned them and asked for an explanation, but here’s my warning: double-check before you buy.
I am a Natural World Eco online and in-store customer. I made a return on May 7th, with a return label issued by the company. The return did not arrive at its destination. They do not respond to emails, and when they do respond, they inform me that I have to wait for the package, which is lost. The carrier is chosen by them. It is May 28th and they have not returned the money or responded to emails.Terrible after-sales service.
Shipping was fast to France. Shoes are a perfect fit. They are the best option for me, I also use custom molded inserts for higher instep. They are flat inside, as expected for the style. Not recommended if you need to walk on concrete for several hours. Overall, would order again.
Avoid this company like you would do the plague. Before returning a pair of shoes (that didn't fit) for a refund I queried, and asked them for clarification, on their returns policy which at the time stated: “Please make sure there are not taxes to pay in order to deliver the package in our warehouse as won’t be accepted.” I queried this badly written statement with Natural World and I was advised that I needed to check any potential taxes at my end (i.e. the UK) before returning the shoes. I checked with my local post office and they advised that I just needed to complete the customs declaration form and attach it to the package which I duly did. However, upon arrival of the package in Spain, Natural World gleefully emailed me to advise that there was an import charge of £20 and that they would therefore not be issuing me with a refund on my pair of shoes (which cost £54). Hugely disingenuous of them to not admit to being aware of this tax, which their returns policy alluded to.What they might have done to improve the situation would have been to pay this tax, accept the returned shoes and subtract this £20 tax from the price of the shoes and issue me with a refund for the remaining amount (£34). The ill-fitting (therefore useless) shoes did find their way back to me, as the Spanish import tax remained unpaid. So, I feel like I have been conned (I am £54 out of pocket). Not what I expected from an “ethical” company.
