Ordered from them a few times. This most recent order was a complete shit show. They lost my order, or Intelcom did. For 6 days passion days after the intended delivery date. Had no clue if or when I would get it. NaturaMarket didn’t try to make it right at all. Only offered a $10 coupon for $90 order. I finally got my order a week later. Box was busted open. Luckily one piece of packing tape was left to hold it together at the top. Told them I wouldn’t be coming back as a repeat customer. I sound another Canadian company now who offers the same products.
