I placed an order with the company and chose next day delivery. The following day, I was notified that my package had arrived. However, after checking my front door and surrounding area, there was no package. I contacted the company via email, which was the only option available, to inform them that I had not received my package despite the delivery confirmation. I also reached out to the delivery service. The next day, both the company and the delivery service confirmed that my package had been delivered to the wrong address, despite me providing photos of the correct delivery address. They mentioned they were investigating and would attempt to retrieve the package. I requested an immediate new delivery, stating I would not accept the incorrectly delivered package due to concerns about tampering. Unfortunately, the company did not respond. Today, I found an open box from the company at my front door. I immediately contacted them again, expressing that I would not accept an open box and asked for their delivery team to pick it up. I also requested a refund, but they have yet to reply.
They deserve no stars. I placed an order on December 2, which was marked as shipped on December 3, but it never arrived by December 16, prompting me to reach out since the tracking information was ineffective. I had ordered frozen items for the holidays. On December 23, I was informed they would reship my order after Christmas on December 29 to prevent further delays. Supposedly, it didn’t reship until January 5, and on January 6, I received an email stating due to carrier delays, it would ship on January 7. Then on January 8, they said they couldn’t ship it due to snow in Winnipeg. Throughout this ordeal, the only compensation offered was $5 store credit, which I had to request. They kept trying to persuade me to accept store credit for the entire order instead of actually sending it. I repeatedly asked for a refund to my original payment method, which they finally agreed to on January 9, but I was shorted $4.99. This has been a complete joke! Their customer service is terrible!
I've ordered before without issues, but this time was different. I placed an order with both chilled and regular items, expecting delivery on December 23. The chilled items arrived a day late, and when I opened the box, everything was defrosted, with pickle products leaking everywhere. The regular items were delivered even later, and one was crushed. Customer service has been unhelpful, repeatedly asking for more pictures instead of addressing my concerns. I only received a partial refund for one item, leaving the rest unresolved. Very disappointing customer service.
I ordered carbonated beverages, and when I opened my package, 3 out of 6 cans had exploded, leaking onto my other items. The remaining cans were dented. I live in a condo, so the package shouldn't have been exposed to cold after delivery, indicating damage during transit. Customer service told me this was expected due to winter temperatures and refused any compensation, citing a disclaimer. This was not a minor issue; the product was unusable. If they know freezing can cause cans to rupture, they should either halt sales in winter or ship them properly. This is poor business practice.
I encountered a delivery problem, and the only way to reach someone was via email. The package was left in an unclear location. I have proof from the delivery company, but the service team dismissed it and told me to search for the package.
