Wonderful and efficient customer service. I received a response to my concern within an hour, which was after business hours 7:30pm EST. I was expecting to wait a couple days, which seems reasonable. I received a solution immediately. I will say this is my first time having to reach out to customer service since using Natura Market over the last 6 plus years. I love this company, the products, pricing, convenience and fast shipping. Now I also love their customer service.
