They deserve no stars. I placed an order on December 2, which was marked as shipped on December 3, but it never arrived by December 16, prompting me to reach out since the tracking information was ineffective. I had ordered frozen items for the holidays. On December 23, I was informed they would reship my order after Christmas on December 29 to prevent further delays. Supposedly, it didn’t reship until January 5, and on January 6, I received an email stating due to carrier delays, it would ship on January 7. Then on January 8, they said they couldn’t ship it due to snow in Winnipeg. Throughout this ordeal, the only compensation offered was $5 store credit, which I had to request. They kept trying to persuade me to accept store credit for the entire order instead of actually sending it. I repeatedly asked for a refund to my original payment method, which they finally agreed to on January 9, but I was shorted $4.99. This has been a complete joke! Their customer service is terrible!
