UPDATED October 20, 2021I ordered the Ultralight 15D CloudUp Wing Camping Tent direct from Naturehike.com on July 12, 2021, as it was over $200 cheaper than Amazon, (that is quite the mark up). I tracked it but the tracking was rubbish. I contacted Naturehike customer service a few times and they eventually stated they tried to contact logistics but did not receive a reply, so were sending me another tent. Nearly 4 weeks later and the item did not arrive, so I had to email them again. Customer service stated it had been returned to them for some reason. So customer service tried again and this time the tracking did work as supposed to, so and today after 13 weeks and 3 attempts my tent finally arrived. It is brilliant, well made, and looks the part. If it was not for the companies customer service folks' tenacity this would have been a review of how I was defrauded. Naturehike, your customer service folks saved the day, remember that come payday!!
