Not suitable for use. Arrived damaged. Parts incompatible.

The tent was advertised as new and in mint condition, but the outer tent had visible repairs, indicating previous damage. Additionally, the outer tent's buckles did not fit the inner tent, making it unusable. This product, labeled as 'upgraded', seems to need significant quality control improvements. The customer service was unreachable, leading me to believe they are more focused on marketing than customer satisfaction.

Refund request denied

After ordering a sleeping pad, I opened the package to test it without cutting the tags. It didn’t meet my expectations, so I repackaged it and requested a refund.
