Avoid entering your credit card information into their system. I placed an order once and after confirming it, I noticed the auto-ship feature and requested a cancellation from the representative. Since September 25, I've been charged $230 monthly for an auto-ship—this is the fourth time! My emails go unanswered, yet every time I call during business hours, I’m reassured that the auto-ship is canceled. I've also requested the removal of my name, contact information, and credit card details from their system... very poor business practices and a lack of security for my credit card.
