I strongly advise against providing your credit card details to this service. I placed a single order, but after confirming it, I noticed the automatic shipping feature. I requested the representative to cancel the autoship, yet since September 25, I have been charged $230 monthly for this autoship—this marks the fourth charge! My emails go unanswered, and every time I call during business hours, I'm told the autoship has been canceled. I have also requested that my name, contact information, and credit card details be removed from their system. This reflects poor business practices and raises concerns about the security of my credit card.
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered online and waited seven days without any updates or shipping information. After six days, I called customer service and was told someone would return my call, but no one did. On the seventh day, I called again and was informed that the product was out of stock. The lack of communication and accountability wasted my time and reflects very poorly on their customer service.

Shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated, but it was still within a reasonable timeframe. Everything went well. The price I paid was lower than anywhere else I checked, and they had the bonus size available, which was hard to find. Shipping costs were also reasonable.
My experience with this seller was disappointing. Shipping was fast, but my order was incorrect, and I didn't receive two items I had paid for. Despite contacting customer service, I received no replies. After seven business days and multiple calls, I decided to dispute the credit card charge due to their lack of response.
I ordered on March 24, and now it's April 12 with nothing received. I called them three times and received no follow-up. Very poor service; I plan to contact my credit card company because I suspect this company is misrepresenting itself.
