They sent me the wrong item, and when I contacted customer service to send the correct one, the representative asked for information I had already provided. Subsequent emails were unhelpful. I had to reach out to find out what to do next. Extremely poor customer service; they seem indifferent once the sale is made. I won’t be doing business with them again.
