I recently placed an order with their online store before the weekend. By Tuesday, my order was still unprocessed, so I called for an update. I was informed they were waiting on an item from another location and that they would expedite my order. It arrived even before the estimated delivery time! I was pleased with the whole exchange on the phone, especially since customer service is often hit or miss these days. This was my second time ordering from them, and I’m quite satisfied, though I hope they expand their product range.
