I requested the representative to cancel the autoship, yet since September 25, I have been charged $230 monthly for this autoship—this marks the fourth charge! My emails go unanswered, and every time I call during business hours, I'm told the autoship has been canceled. I have also requested that my name, contact information, and credit card details be removed from their system. This reflects poor business practices and raises concerns about the security of my credit card.
