It was difficult to reach the (sole) individual who deals with home insurance. This did not bode well for any future dealings.Property and contents insurance would have cost me much more than double the price quoted by my existing insurer. I am prepared to pay more for a recommended 'ethical' service but there was no attempt to engage me on this element of the service, which is the reason I contacted them.Altogether an uninspiring experience.
