I experienced terrible service. Be cautious as this insurer is underwritten by another company that tries to avoid legitimate claims. After a serious back injury, I filed a claim which has been unresolved for six months due to unreasonable demands for medical records that the NHS cannot provide. If you need to claim, you may face significant challenges. It's disappointing because I was drawn to the idea of this service, but my experience has been notably negative.
